My name is Natasha Dmello. I am a qualified Early Childhood Educator with over 10 years of experience in the field of teaching and leading. I firmly believe that a leader leads by example and I strive each day to stay true to that belief through my practice both as a teacher and a leader. For me, learning is a never ending journey and ECE is a sector where you learn something new each day.
Working alongside families and the teaching team is my strength and I constantly work towards building my relationships with our families and teachers. Outside the centre, I dedicate most of my time to my two little boys who teach me so much through their resilience, courage and playfulness.

Kia Ora, Nihao (你好)”. My name is Ann Chen. I am originally from China and have been in New Zealand for the past 10 years. I have been working with children since 2013. I gained my qualification in ECE teaching through The University of Waikato.
I love watching children building up relationships with each other and reaching milestones. My passion in early childhood is to promote self-help skills and empower the children to believe in themselves. I enjoy celebrating the child as an individual with all the knowledge and culture they bring with them. Developing strong and positive relationships with both the children and their whānau is very important to me. I look forward to meeting you and working alongside your lovely children.

Namaste and Kia Ora. My name is Namrata and I am from India. My native language is Gujarati . I also speak Hindi, English and Sanskrit. I have been working in the ece sector for the past 4 years. I am currently studying my Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education alongside working at Young World. I enjoy working alongside the young tamariki and their whanau to gain more practical knowledge of New Zealand ECE curriculum.

My Name is Xixi. My hometown is China and I have settled in New Zealand with my family since 2017. I am a provisionally registered teacher with a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
I have been working in ECE centres with different philosophies during my studies which has strengthened my knowledge and understanding of play based learning. As a professional early childhood teacher, I believe our role is to provide a positive, safe, culturally responsive, play based and learning-focused environment for our tamariki's holistic development.

Namaste, my name is Deepika Setia. I have teaching experience of more than 10 years in India. I am pursuing Graduate Diploma in Teaching (ECE) from ICL Graduate Business School, and afterwards, will work towards my teacher registration.
I love being around with children and supporting them through their most crucial development phase. It is an amazing experience to watch them grow and learn each day and throughout that process, they also make us learn new things, which is the best part of being a teacher.

I am from Pakistan. I completed my education in computer science back in Pakistan and I have recently started my career in Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about children as they are kind, generous and ready to make a positive impact on the world around them. After volunteering in a playgroup, I decided to apply my skills in an ECE centre and now I am on a chef's position where I provide healthy and nutritious food for children. Passing on our knowledge about nutrition to children can help establish a foundation for healthy eating habits which they then carry throughout their life.
